Can I cancel any time?+
Yes, from the account page in two clicks. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and is not billed again.
Which payment methods work?+
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. We never see your card number.
Do I get an invoice?+
Every payment produces a Stripe invoice with your details on it, available from the account page.
Is the plan per server?+
Yes. Premium and Pro are bought for a specific server. Move it to another server from the account page.
What happens when a free server hits the daily limit?+
Translation pauses until the next UTC day. Members can vote for Ryzz on top.gg or discordbotlist to reset it immediately; five members voting in one day unlock the whole server for 24 hours.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?+
Yes. Yearly billing is about 22% less per month (Premium $7/month, Pro $23/month, charged once a year). Choose Monthly or Yearly when you subscribe from the account page.
